PURPOSE: A composite spherical polymer particle, a manufacturing method thereof, and a cosmetic using thereof are provided to prevent the damages of nano granulation pigments by uniformly dispersing the particle. CONSTITUTION: A composite spherical polymer particle contains the following: a nano granulation pigment with the average primary particle size of 0.1~0.005 microns; a polymer dispersant with the absorption property for the nano granulation pigment; and a (meth)acrylic resin. The nano granulation pigment is dispersed to the polymer dispersant or the (meth)acrylic resin.
