The first ring member has a body member with a first end and a second end. The first end has a first flange and a second flange extending therefrom. The first flange and the second flange define a space therebetween. The second ring member has an extended body member having a first end and a second end. The second end has a first flange and a second flange extending therefrom. The first flange and the second flange define a space therebetween.
