SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING CARD SETTLEMENT USING USIM CHARACTERISTICS INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A card paying service providing system using USIM identity information in which the adjustment treatment with a member store is not necessary is provided to use a settlement service after exchanging a USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module) card in which exchangeable USIM chip is included and the payment service is used. CONSTITUTION: A message read unit(135) deciphers USIM identity information included in the received settlement approval request statement. In case USIM identity information is included in the received settlement approval request statement as described above, a verifying information part(125) confirms the member store number information corresponding to USIM identity information. A settlement terminal generates the settlement approval request statement based on the identified member store number.
