PURPOSE: A modular unit is provided to ensure enough strength when stacking the modular units and to enable easy traction and lifting of the modular units without installation of eyebolts. CONSTITUTION: A modular unit(100) is composed as follows. A plurality of supports are installed at regular intervals within a modular body(110) of a modular unit. An insulation material and a waterproof film are successively attached to the supports. A metal sheet(150) is attached to the exterior surface of the modular body.
