PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a spherical-shape piezoelectric sensor and its product are provided to remove a natural drying process for eliminating moisture by forming a ceramic powder in a hemispherical shape. CONSTITUTION: A first hemispherical ceramic thin film(20) is composed of a spherical part(22) and a girdle part(24). The spherical part has the profile of the hemispherical. The exterior(22a) and interior(22b) of the hemispherical part has a certain thickness respectively. The girdle part is formed with the end of the spherical part. The girdle part has an upper side which is protruded from the hemispherical shape, and also includes a belt shape.
