PURPOSE: A device for combining components of printing cartridge is provided to automatically insert rotating rod to a print cartridge and perform process for inserting washer in both side of the rotating rod, process for combining process for coupling gear rod, and process for measuring normal coupling of fixed body at the same time, thereby progressing the four kinds of process in rapid time. CONSTITUTION: An insertion part(20) inserts a rotating rod. A first pneumatic cylinder(21) rotates a rotation part(22). A washer insertion part(30) is transferred to right and left through a second pneumatic cylinder(31). The washer insertion part inserts a washer into one side of the rotating rod. A coupling measuring part(40) is transferred to right and left through a third pneumatic cylinder(41). The coupling measuring unit inserts the washer to other side of the rotating rod. The coupling measuring unit measures normal insertion of a inserted fixed body by measuring rod.
