PURPOSE: A method for processing a call charge providing settlement service and a recording medium thereof are provided to enable the payment of a card through a card terminal in a state that charged money is completely used. CONSTITUTION: When a client requests card settlement, a control unit confirms whether or not communication fee for providing a settlement service through a wireless communication network exceeds the charged money of a terminal(210). If the communication fee exceeds the charged money(215), the control unit process the payment of the communication fee based on the charged money and the some or whole prepaid money(220-240).
