PURPOSE: A form supplying device for the installation of construction subsidiary materials is provided to remove troublesome tasks such as a chamfering process of a joist by minimizing the interference portion of a holding jig and the joist. CONSTITUTION: A form supplying device for the installation of construction subsidiary materials comprises a yoke beam(100) and a holding portion(200). The yoke beam is mounted between main beams for the temporal installation of a bridge and support the joist. The holding portion is formed in order to prevent or minimize joist placed on yoke beam. The holding portion comprises a holding jig(210), a holder(220), and a holding pin(230). One side of the holding jig is fixed and connected to the main beam. The holder is formed on both sides of the yoke beam.
