PURPOSE: A separating device of injection cores is provided to reduce cycle times of an extrusion process by the separation of a cap due to the opening operation of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A separating device of injection cores comprises an injection core and a guide rod(5). The lower part of the injection core is inserted into an insert hole(51) of a guide rod. A spiral guide groove(52) and a guide projection(42) are formed in the guide rod and the injection core so that the injection core rotates and elevates when the guide rod elevates. The injection core is composed of the front end, the tapered portion, the extended portion, and the guide projection. The tapered portion is connected to the front end. The extended portion is expanded from the tapered portion with the same outer diameter. The guide projection is projected from the extended portion.
