PURPOSE: A POS(Point Of Sales) system and an integrated system of building management system are provided to integrate POS system and a building management system, thereby reducing management cost of whole system. CONSTITUTION: A system(1) integrates a POS system(10) and a central management system(20). By using POS information inputted from a POS terminals(14A,14B) and all kinds of amount transmitted from a POS interface unit, a POS server(11) processes sale calculation assigned by a store. The server calculates amount of sales of each store from product selling information. The server calculates variable costs of each store from all kinds of using amounts. |
