The invention relates to medicine, namely to ortopedy and traumatology, and can be used for treatment of comminuted periarthric and metadiafisar fractures of long bones. A device for fracture osteosynthesis comprises a support plate, semirings and figured branches with apertures, which free ends have L-shaped projection to bone direction and notches. The device is dismountable, the support plate has rigid ribs, located along the edge of its internal surface and figured branches are made with screwed apertures and additionally hav transition plate between rigid ribs, semirings and figured branches, connected with the support plate by screwed rod, which head has a flush figured deepening for the screw.
