Method for prediction of effectiveness of immunotherapy in children suffering with glomerulonephritis with nephritic syndrome at which one determines level of activity of lizosomic ferment N-acetyl- &bgr;-D-glucozaminidase in urine of children after physiological urination before programmed treatment and in case of value of activity of that ferment exceeding its average control value 9-11 times one predicts that immunotropic therapy is to be effective, is exceeds 15-17 times – partially effective, if values of activity of that ferment exceed its average control value 20 and more times – ineffective.
