PURPOSE: A car audio is provided to improve user satisfaction by enabling a portable media player to be easily mounted and used thereon. CONSTITUTION: A car audio comprises a fixed casing member(10), a cover casing member(20), and a mounting member(30). The fixed casing member is fixed in the interior of a vehicle. The cover casing member is arranged in the front side of the fixed casing member and pivotally connected to the fixed casing member to cover or open the front side of the fixed casing member. The mounting member in the back side of the cover casing member to place a portable media player. The mounting member comprises a base body(31) pivotally connected to the cover casing member, a support part(32) protruded from the bottom of the base body and including a connection terminal connected to a terminal of a portable media player, and a grip part(33) arranged at an interval from the base body to hold a portable media player inserted.
