THIN BRAZING SHEET FIN MATERIAL FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE BRAZING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT EXCHANGER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin brazing sheet pin member for welding and a method for fabricating a heat exchanger using thereof are provided to prevent the deformation of the end part of a pin. CONSTITUTION: A thin brazing sheet pin member(1) for welding comprises a clad member welding the brazing material on both sides of core of thickness 40~85μm. A thin brazing sheet pin member has a corrugation process. Brazing operates on the thin brazing sheet pin member at a high temperature. A core is made of Mn 0.7~1.5 mass %, Si 0.05~0.28 mass %, Fe 0.05~0.75 mass %, rest of Al and the inevitable impurity. The average clad rate of one page of the brazing material is 6.5~12.0 weight%. A tube member(2) can be simultaneously connected with the pin member in a welding process of components.
