PURPOSE: A multilayer capacitor is provided to reduce impedance on a broadband by increasing the kinds of first internal electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A first terminal electrode is formed on one side of a laminate(1). A second terminal electrode is formed on the other side of the laminate. A first internal electrode(31,33,35) includes a first main electrode unit and a first lead-in unit. The first lead-in unit is directly connected to the first terminal electrode. A second internal electrode unit(41) includes a plurality of second main electrode units, a connection unit, and a second lead-in unit. The connection connects the second main electrode units. The width of the connection unit is narrower than the width of the second main electrode unit. The second lead-in unit is directly connected to the second terminal electrode.
