FIELD: fire-prevention facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended to lay protective metallised strips, and also to extinguish lower fires by soil, especially in waterless woodlands. Reduced energy intensity and provision of even soil scattering along whole width of mineralised strip is achieved by arrangement of working element in the form of thrower knives shaped as part of section "rod", installed on milling disc, at the angle between back edge of knife and plane of milling disc rotation, and turned relative to back edge towards motion side at the angle . At the same time working element is installed on axis of swinging taken beyond centre of mass of working element, is closed with guide jacket connected via lever with loading hydraulic cylinder for lifting and lowering of working element. Soil is thrown since kinematic energy from thrower knives is imparted to cut piece of soil. In order to direct thrown soil, guide jacket is used. Whenever working element meets an obstacle, it lifts over it, since it is installed in hinged manner on swinging axis. ^ EFFECT: reduced energy intensity. ^ 3 dwg |
