PURPOSE: An air circulation type electric frying pan is provided to prevent roasted meat from becoming carbonated by preventing a roasting plate from being overheated. CONSTITUTION: An air circulation type electric frying pan comprises an upper case(100), a lower case(200), a fan(300), a guide plate(400), an oil receiver(500), a heater(600), and a roasting plate(800). The lower case has a pan bracket and a cover. The guide plate has an oil exhaust hole(410) and a wall(420). The oil receiver is placed on the bottom of the lower case. A pan connected to a pan control knob(920) is inserted into the pan bracket. The heater is connected to a temperature control knob(910) and is coupled to the guide plate. The roasting plate is placed on the top of the heater. |
