PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of kalguksu(knife-cut noodles) is provided to improve the texture and the taste of the kalguksu, and to secure the weight loss function. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of kalguksu(knife-cut noodles) comprises the following steps: mixing curcuma aromatica Salisbury powder with flour, and adding water for kneading a first paste(S10); forming a hovenia dulcis thumb boiled extract, by boiling hovenia dulcis thunb with water(S20); mixing a beet extract with the flour, and mixing the mixture with the hovenia dulcis thumb boiled extract for forming a second paste(S30); cutting the first and second paste to make first and second noodles(S40); and adding the noodles to soup containing meat or seafood.(S50,S60). |
