A method for preparing a wrapping tofu using bean proteins is provided to enable children to easily take nutrient components of tofu. A method for preparing a wrapping tofu using bean proteins comprises the following steps of: removing foreign materials from beans; washing the beans with flowing water and swelling the beans 1.25 times as much as the original volume; finely grinding the swollen beans; separating the ground beans into soymilk and tofu cake; sequentially putting the soymilk in each heating vessel having different heating temperature from 45°C to 101°C and boiling for 2-3 minutes; molding a wrapping tofu by using a molding frame; sterilizing the wrapping tofu within 10 minutes after molding in a sterilizer of 3°C~5°C for 20-30 minutes; and packaging the wrapping tofu in a vacuum packaging room of 15°C and storing in a storage warehouse of 18 degrees below zero. |
