Counting device includes two slide rulers that are rigidly connected to each other as an angle element. Axles of the rulers are arranged at angle. On one of slide rulers slider is placed, with indicator-hair line placed in it. Indicator – hair line is arranged as rotary one in plane of slide ruler, and its axis of rotation is normal to long axis of ruler and crosses it. At that the long axis of indicator that intersects the center of axis of rotation can take three fixed positions with respect to axis of slide ruler. |
