FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for supersonic control of small diameter pipes consists of bath with inlet and outlet ports for pipe entrance and exit, of guiding bushings for fixing axis of moving pipe, of mechanism for pipe rotation and transporting through bath, and of finders and mechanism of finder installation relative to axis of moving pipe. Also the device is equipped with a bracket rigidly fixed inside the bath. The guiding bushings are rigidly mounted in the bracket. An internal channel of the bushings is conic converging in the direction of pipe movement. Notably, distance between the guiding bushings is SëÑD+0.5V/N, m, where D is diameter of a finder head, m, V is velocity of axial feed of a controlled pipe m/s, N is speed of pipe rotation, s-1. ^ EFFECT: prevented deformation of pipe surface and raised reliability of its control. ^ 1 dwg |
