PURPOSE: A seal fin grinding apparatus of a turbine, which minimizes time to assemble and disassemble by performing seal fin grinding work on a site without separating a labyrinth seal from a turbine. CONSTITUTION: A seal fin grinding apparatus of a turbine comprises a fixing plate(105), a rail combiner(104) and a cutting processing part(115). The rail combiner is installed in the lower part of the fixing plate. The rail combiner is combined with the left and right sides of a labyrinth seal(101). The cutting processing part is installed on the top of the fixing plate. The cutting processing part cuts the surface of an inner surface seal fin(101a) of the labyrinth seal.
