SOLAR CELL COMPRISING FAR-INFRARED REFLECTION FILM, SOLAR CELL MODULE AND SOLAR POWER GENERATING SYSTEM COMPRISING THE SAME SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A solar cell, a solar cell module including the solar cell, and a solar light generating system including the solar cell module are provided to prevent the increase of temperature in the solar cell by reflecting far infrared ray using a metal-insulator transition thin film on an anti-reflective film. CONSTITUTION: A p-type semiconductor(120) and an n-type semiconductor(130) are formed on a lower electrode(110). An anti-reflective film(140) is formed on the n-type semiconductor. A far infrared ray reflective film(150) is formed on the anti-reflective film. A protective film(160) is formed on the far infrared ray reflective film. An upper electrode(170) is formed by passing through the protective film, the far infrared ray reflective film, and an anti-reflective film.
