PURPOSE: A cuttlefish comprising a red steamed ginseng mixed solution, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer various medical effect ingredients to a dried cuttlefish or a semi-dried cuttlefish. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cuttlefish comprising a red steamed ginseng mixed solution comprises the following steps: drying a frozen cuttlefish or a fresh cuttlefish(S11); adding 10~15 parts of Chrysanthemum zawadskii H by weight, 20~25 parts of glycyrrhizae radix by weight, 20~25 parts of date by weight, 30~35 parts of pear, and 10~15 parts of chicken feet to water, boiling to obtain a Chrysanthemum zawadskii H mixed extract, and cooling(S21); mixing 40~60 parts of Chrysanthemum zawadskii H mixed extract by weight, and 40~60 parts of red steamed ginseng extract by weight, to form the red steamed ginseng mixed solution(S22); dipping the dried cuttlefish to the mixed solution(S31); and drying the dipped cuttlefish(S41). |
