PURPOSE: A device and a method for constructing a voice database and a mobile device with the device are provided to construct a voice DB during a call, thereby increasing the number of applications and convenience of a user using a voice of a counterpart person. CONSTITUTION: A database(180) stores data including registration information and voice information of a caller. A recording unit(120) records voice data of a counterpart person during a call. A determining unit(140) determines whether registration information and voice information of the counterpart person exist in the database. A voice information storing unit(160) stores the voice data in the database as the voice information according to a result of the determining unit. A storage selecting unit manually stores the voice information in case on a manual environment. |
