PURPOSE: An online customer diagnostic system and a method of diagnosis are provided to continuously manage the state about skin, scalp, and hair of a client. CONSTITUTION: A state DB server(42) comprises the status field including at least one among scalp, skin and hair. The state DB server classifies the status field by sex and age. The state DB server stores a standard image according to the status field, the sex and the age to database. A diagnosis server compares client image received through a web server with a standard image corresponding to client among standard images stored in the state DB server. The diagnosis server diagnoses the state of the client image according to the compared result. |
