FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be implemented at sampling rolled band wound in coils. The device consists of scissors (9), of first (1) and second bottom roller (2) for installation of roller (10) parallel axes of which are arranged mainly in horizontal plane with horizontal axis of the coil and at least with one hold down roller (3, 4) of adjustable position; also distance between axes is less, than minimal diametre of the coil. The second bottom roller of adjustable position can be withdrawn from external surface of coil (10) resting on the first bottom roller and hold down roller and can rotate. The rollers are positioned so, as to facilitate value of arc between points of contact of the first bottom roller and hold down roller (3,4) with external surface of the coil bigger, than value of arc created between points of contact of the bottom rollers with external surface of the coil. The first bottom roller or hold down roller are equipped with rotation drives. The procedure consists in positioning the coil on the first or the second bottom roller when they contact side surface of the coil, in turning at least one hold down roller contacting side surface of the coil and fixing its position, in lowering the second bottom roller, in rotating the coil for its unwinding and for supply of the end of the band into a device for cutting and control, in cutting the end of the band for sampling and/or inspection of the sample and in pressing the left end of the band to the coil. ^ EFFECT: raised reliability. ^ 22 cl, 4 dwg |
