A method for treatment of external fistula hepaticocholedoch by formation by Ru hepaticoeustenomy on drainages with the subsequent anastomosis imposing at which firstly the transrenal drainage is installed with the subsequent anastomosis imposing between a loop of empty gut and hepaticocholedoch. Further the first suture raw is formed continuously on the transrenal drainage using suture material which resolves. The second raw of sutures is formed as central sutures and using suture material which does not resolve, with formation of simmering biliodigestive anastomosis.
