A method for duodenal gut diverticulazation at its fistulas comprises the stem vagotomy, antrumectomy with Ru gastroenteroanastomosis, duodenostomy on tubular catheter with pneumatic cylinder, introduction of polyvinyl probe ito descending department of the duodenal gut. For formation of duodenostomy the tubular catheter is enter ed through the mobilized round liver sheaf into a stump fistula of the duodenal gut, the cylinder is inflated and tightened, and then round liver sheaf is located by purse-string suture, and then by-shaped sutures to duodenal gut stump.
