FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway vehicles and can be used in passenger and freight car designs. Mounted axle comprises axle with whole-rolled wheels rigidly secured thereon. Wheels have flanges made on wheel outer circular generatrix. Axle is provided with a pair of spring-loaded sleeved with disks rigidly jointed to their faces, arranged to move between the wheels on said axle.
