FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatric surgery and can be applied in surgical correction of cloacae extrophy. That is ensured by mobilisation and resection to form an artificial urinary bladder of a colon segment. The blind gut is resected together with a part of the ascending colon and a terminal part of the ileum. Thereafter, the resected segment is turned around. The ureters are transferred to the terminal part of the ileum, and a segment of the ascending colon is shirred to form a neourethra. ^ EFFECT: method allows eliminating risk of intestinal-ureteral reflux that allows preventing the ascending infection, disorder of urine outflow, and renal dysfunction. ^ 4 dwg |
