PURPOSE: A method for performing circuit design of heat source shift is provided to manufacture deduction of a regression equation, circuit design, and verification in one program and easily perform circuit design of the heat source shift, thereby easily configuring a desired product manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A factor, a factor that influences to a resistance value of a conductive layer of a heat generating unit and a configuration unit, is mounted. A database of resistance value is generated according to the mounted set factor. By a multi regression analysis, a regression coefficient corresponding to each factor is calculated. The heat generating unit and the regression expression is set. Based on the set regression expression, a circuit design is performed in a designed heat generating amount. A circuit design is verified.
