<p>PURPOSE: A method for making an ice cream bar and the ice cream bar manufactured thereby are provided to directly confirm existing of additives exposed to the exterior of the ice cream such as nuts, fruits, and grains etc. CONSTITUTION: A method for making an ice cream bar comprises the following steps: producing ice cream mix by adding solid additives in ice cream(S101); filling the ice cream mix in a mold; freezing the ice cream mix in a metal mod by inserting the mold into a freezing bath(S102); inserting a stick into the metal mold before the ice cream mix is completely frozen(S104); melting a contact part between the ice cream mix and the metal mold after completely freezing the metal mold; putting the ice cream mix out of the metal mold; spraying water to the surface of the frozen ice cream mix; and forming the protruded outer circumference of the ice cream.</p> |
