<p>PURPOSE: A dye sensitive solar cell manufacturing method and a device thereof are provided to manufacture a device in a bulk through an in-line process by being directly interconnected to an electrolyte injection process. CONSTITUTION: A pre-transparent electrode is manufactured by coating and sintering a nano particle oxide on a transparent conductive substrate. An opposed electrode is manufactured(B). A pre-transparent electrode substrate and an opposed electrode substrate are laminated by being symmetrical to each other after separating with a uniform interval. A dye molecule is adsorbed to the nano partical oxide by flowing photosensitive dye molecular solution into the substrate(D). The dye molecule which is not absorbed is removed by flowing the cleaning solution into the substrate through both sides openings(E). An electrolyte is injected into the substrate and the openings are closed(F).</p>
