FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cementing hydrocarbon production wells, specifically to a cement additive, a method of preparing said additive and a cement product. The cement additive contains SiO2-CaO-Al2O3 particles and all nanoparticles of SiO2, 2CaOSiO2, 3CaOSiO2, Al2O3, P-Ca. The cement product contains cement particles and said cement additive. The method of preparing said cement additive involves the following steps: separate synthesis of SiO2-CaO-Al2O3 particles and nanoparticles, mixing SiO2-CaO-Al2O3 particles and nanoparticles at controlled temperatures and pH to form a continuous surface-active system which contains particles and nanoparticles, and combining SiO2-CaO-Al2O3 particles and nanoparticles with a common solvent to form an essentially homogeneous mixture of particles and nanoparticles. ^ EFFECT: improved mechanical and chemical characteristics of the cement product. ^ 8 cl, 12 dwg |
