PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing a U-shaped bolt for fixing a leaf spring is provided to complete a process before a heated material gets cold by successively and continuously forging and bending the heated material. CONSTITUTION: A system for manufacturing a U-shaped bolt for fixing a leaf spring is composed of a material supplying and heating unit(1), a forging unit(2), a bending unit(3), and a transfer unit(4). The material supplying and heating unit successively loads materials and intermittently supplies the materials to a heater. The forging unit presses the materials. The bending unit hangs both ends of the materials in a support and processes the materials in a U-shape.
