PURPOSE: A teabag adhesion device is provided to automatically adhere teabag into a paper cup and unify the teabag and the paper cup, thereby improving the user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A teabag adhesion device in a paper cup comprises a storage hopper(1), a sterilizing process and foreign body eliminating unit(2,3), a fixed quantity metering unit(3a), a teabag attaching unit(4), a mold punching unit(5), a rotation body(9), a cut inserting unit(11), a teabag transmission unit(6), a cup discharging unit(12). The storage hopper stores the tea. A fixed quantity metering unit meters the tea quantity from the storage hopper. The teabag attaching unit attaches teabag by respectively pouring the fixed quantity metered by the fixed quantity metering unit in the plurality of teabag. The mold punching unit punches the attached teabags in constant shape. The rotation body has a plurality of cup holders(10). The cup inserting unit respectively inserts a cup to a cup holder of the rotation body. The teabag transmission unit inserts the teabag to the inserted cup. The cup discharging unit discharges the cup to the external side by pushing the cup if the teabag is attached to a cup and rotated and transmitted in constant angle by the rotation.
