PURPOSE: A rotary kiln with high combustion function is provided to improve combustion efficiency by directly supplying air to waste using inner holes of a rotary kiln. CONSTITUTION: A rotary kiln with high combustion function comprises a refractory inner drum(110) and an outer tube(120) of a fire resistance material. The refractory inner drum comprises first distribution lines(111,111'), a second distribution line(112) and an exhaust line(113). The first distribution line is formed in the circumference exterior in a columnar direction and is opened to the outside direction. The second distribution line is connected with the first distribution line and is formed in longitudinal direction. The exhaust line is communicated with the second distribution line. The exhaust line is opened to an inner hole. An air inlet hole of the outer tube is communicated with the first distribution line of the refractory inner drum.
