PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for cutting off thunderbolt in a mobile communication system are provided to enhance the space use efficiency and save the maintenance cost in a communication system by efficiently cutting off thunderbolt. CONSTITUTION: A filter(310) is placed at an input/output terminal of a mobile communication system to be connected to an underground earth(320) for suppressing the signal of a use frequency band. A coupling wire(311) is short-circuited in the earth direction of a filter body by being connected to a communication signal line within the filter. The filter comprises an inner input/output port and a resonator.
