FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: sleeve-compensator is made in the form of arc at the angle from 0 to 180 and comprises sealing rubber layer, frame of power layers of rubberised cord/cables/ropes with circumferential direction of threads, auxiliary layers with longitudinal direction of threads/cables/ropes covering all perimeter of sleeve-compensator cross section. Sleeve comprises discrete power layers with longitudinal direction of threads/cables/ropes arranged only at part of perimeter of sleeve-compensator cross section along external and internal radiuses of sleeve-compensator bend, for instance in areas of sectors with angles from 60 to 75, and preventing sleeve unbending (increase in radius of its bend) and change of cross section profile under action of circumferential and axial forces that occur as a result of inner pressure in sleeve-compensator as liquid is transported in pipeline. ^ EFFECT: invention improves sleeve reliability. ^ 5 cl, 6 dwg |
