PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a conductive earth bar and the earth bar manufactured through the same are provided to enable a conductive earth bar to be temporarily accepted by weight of conductive pipes, thereby securing work safety. CONSTITUTION: An arrangement supply module(100) respectively arranges and locates a connecting member(12) of hollow on a conductive pipe(11) in parallel. A temporarily assembled module(200) presses the connecting member positioned on both side of the conductive pipe by pressuring the member inside through a pressurize hole and forces and pressurized the connecting member to both side of the conducting pipe. A transport module(300) moves a conductive pipe, a conductive pipe that the connecting member is temporarily assembled, in a specific direction through the temporarily assembled module. By forming both ends of the conductive pipe, a conductive pipe that the connecting member is temporarily assembled to both end that transferred through the transmission module, one by one and rotates in a specific direction.
