The present invention provides a folded trailer having a tongue, hinged wheel assemblies with springs, retracted within a box frame with carry handles which, in a storage mode, may be stacked for shipping, stowed in an automobile trunk or other vehicle. It may include and deploy lights and convert to a transportation mode by removing a hitch pin from a hitch means of a tubular tongue support and fully extending said tongue. Both said hinged wheel assemblies are raised and held by catches as a lift fastener is removed and a hinged floor section raised vertically which can move a sliding floor section, in floor channels, to the far right, creating an opening in said trailer floor. That side of said box frame is raised, the left said hinged wheel assembly swings down through said floor to a lower vertical position and is secured by said sliding floor section, as it is moved to the left, thus opening said trailer floor on the right side. The right said hinged wheel assembly is similarly swung down through said floor, and is secured by said hinged floor section and said lift fastener. Said tongue is rotated ninety degrees and secured by said hitch pin in said tubular tongue support hitch means, placing a tongue support leg with forward hitch means vertically. A second hitch pin is withdrawn from a hitch means of a flip-down leg, said tongue support leg pivots to a horizontal position and is secured by the same hitch pin to said tongue by hitch means provided, allowing said forward hitch means to be attached to a tow vehicle.
