<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system etc., capable of performing sure scheduling, adaptive modulation, and encoding over all the element frequency bands. <P>SOLUTION: An uplink control data generating section generates a channel quality index, indicative of reception quality of downlink element frequency bands for each downlink element frequency band. A channel quality index association switching section determines the channel quality index association information, representing association of the respective uplink element frequency bands with respective channel quality indices of downlink element frequency bands that the uplink control data generating section generates as channel equality index association information that differs in association, prior to and after the lapse of a predetermined association switching period. A transmission processing section arranges the respective channel quality indices of the downlink element frequency bands that the uplink control data generating section generates in uplink element frequency bands associated with the channel quality index association information that the channel quality index association switching section has determined, and transmits them to a base station device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
