<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium oxide structure which has a large surface area and can achieve efficient movements of ions and electrons, to provide a material effective as an active material for a dye-sensitized solar cell, and to provide a method for producing the material, and to develop a photoelectric conversion element obtained by using the titanium oxide structure. <P>SOLUTION: The titanium oxide structure is a rod-like, tubular or fibrous titanium oxide structure comprising connected particulate titanium oxides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
