PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball hitting handle of a Pachinko game machine which includes a finger receiving part for easily holding an operation lever with a prescribed turning amount and is capable of freely adjusting the position of the finger receiving part. SOLUTION: Two front and rear regulation parts 26 and 27 are provided at a prescribed interval on the rear side of the operation lever 4 in a handle base part 2, and an annular movable ring 29 to be rotated along the circumferential direction of the handle base part 2 is externally fitted between the regulation parts 26 and 27. On the outer peripheral surface of the movable ring 29, the finger receiving part 38 with which a finger attached to a finger hooking part 18 of the operation lever 4 is to be brought into contact is pivoted so as to be freely raised and brought down. An arm member 39 provided with an engaging rod 42 projecting forward and tilted in linkage with the raising operation of the finger receiving part 38 is provided on the pivot part of the finger receiving part 38. A plurality of engaging projections 31 are lined at the front regulation part 26, and when the finger receiving part 38 is raised, the engaging rod 42 is fitted between the engaging projections 31 and 31 and the turning of the movable ring 29 is regulated.
