<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit for being set in different specifications even with a common substrate. <P>SOLUTION: With the control unit 10 electrically connected with a plurality of electric components, cartridges 33 each taking on a shape for being insertion-coupled with a connector part of each electric component are to be formed separately from the substrate 12, and the substrate 12 is to be provided with mounting parts 26 for having the cartridges 33 mounted. In such a structure, by selectively mounting a cartridge 33 on a mounting part 26 of the common substrate 12, a control unit 10 of different specifications is manufactured.
