PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive bag with a spout for liquid which is easily manufactured and capable of spouting the liquid content in the bag to the last. SOLUTION: The bag is constituted of flexible front and rear walls, and a spout fixed to the front wall. The front and rear walls are overlapped, and fixed to each other at their peripheral edges to form a liquid content storage portion, and a flow-out passage for spouting the liquid content outside the bag from the liquid content storage part is formed in the spout. The flexible rear wall is constituted by superposing a plurality of flexible films with a part thereof being bonded to each other. The plurality of flexible films partially includes linear non-bonded portions at a position opposite to the spout fixed to the front wall. The linear non-bonded portion the periphery of which is surrounded by a bonded portion is sealed with air therein to form an air bag and to reduce the flexibility of the rear wall, and prevents the spout from being tightly attached to the bag, and ensures the flow passage.
