PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head capable of making the ejection amount of liquid ejected from the ejection port of each liquid flow path a predetermined amount, even when the pressure of the liquid supplied to each of a plurality of liquid flow paths provided in the liquid ejection head is different, while suppressing the increase of the size and to provide a liquid ejection device. SOLUTION: A recording head 16 includes a plurality of cavities 21 to which the liquid is supplied from a reservoir 24 and a piezoelectric element 23 deforming a part of the side surface of each cavity 21 to the inside of the cavities 21. The recording head 16 ejects ink in the cavities 21 from a nozzle opening 20 communicated with the cavities 21 by the deformation of the side surfaces of the cavities 21 by the piezoelectric element 23. In the recording head 16, a flow path projection part 22 regulating the ejection amount of the ink ejected from the nozzle opening 20 according to the pressure acting on the ink in the cavities 21 from the reservoir 24 is provided in the cavities 21.
