<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no effective apparatus for removing dust entering inside a device such as an industrial controller and sticking to a substrate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: As for the dust removing apparatus for removing dust stuck and accumulated in a board, on which electronic components are mounted, in a power source circuit of the dust removing apparatus, there are installed at least two kinds of opening/closing devices of the three devices comprising a first opening/closing device by manual operation, a second opening/closing device by a timer that can be repeatedly carried out by a set period, and a third opening/closing device that is controlled by a sensor for detecting the accumulated quantity of the dust.
