PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dilution refrigerating device having superior practicality, and capable of considerably shortening a time necessary in starting the dilution refrigerating device, and sufficiently preventing problems due to vibration and noise when a mechanical refrigerating machine is used. SOLUTION: The mechanical refrigerating machine used for 3He condensation in the dilution refrigerating device, is structurally separated from a body part of the dilution refrigerating machine, and 3He can be promptly cooled by using liquid He from a He vessel for auxiliary cooling, in 3He condensation in a 3He circulating pathway in starting the dilution refrigerating machine.
